One of the pleasing hidden places inside Imperial Hotel.
To start, its overelaborated but impeccable french decor amazes, a piano in the center ad hoc
with the architecture of the building.
It is worthwhile to combine the delightful choices from its Spanish cookery menu with some tags in the appreciable variety of its wine cellar. In the dessert menu it is a must to try the “leche frita” (fried milk).
With no doubt Restaurant Gaudí is an excellent choice, another great attraction of the hotel. It offers a truly Spanish gourmet art specialized in Basque-Spanish food. Authentically delightful.
